This page explains what data ReviewPilot processes, why it is processed, and where the service is currently hosted.
What we collect
We process account data such as name, email address, authentication details, business information, customer contact details, appointments, review submissions, and message delivery metadata.
We only collect the information needed to send review requests, show review activity, and help businesses manage replies.
How we use it
We use customer and appointment data to send review requests by SMS or email, store internal feedback, optionally redirect selected customers to a configured Google review URL, and show analytics inside the dashboard.
We also use limited operational logs and delivery metadata to detect failures and support customers.
Infrastructure regions
Application services currently run on Google Cloud Run in europe-west1.
The current Supabase database connection points to the ap-southeast-1 region rather than an EU region.
Because of that, ReviewPilot should not publicly claim EU-only data storage until the Supabase project is moved to an EU region.
Data retention and access
Businesses can update or delete customer records from the dashboard. Access to dashboard data is protected by authenticated sessions and business-level authorization checks.
