Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What counts as a "customer"?
A customer is any contact stored in your ReviewPilot account — whether imported via CSV or added manually. Customers you delete don't count against your limit.
What does "white-label" mean on the Pro plan?
With white-label, you can replace ReviewPilot branding with your own in all customer-facing messages and the review flow. Ideal for agencies managing reviews on behalf of clients.
